Live Group Traffic In addition to automatically scanning all DIDs, PRI Network Anaytics allows users to combine important business phone numbers together as a group. Typical examples of user-defined “Traffic Groups” include Sales, Support, ACD Queue, or any other business application that can benefit from independent traffic reporting.

Users can define up to 64 traffic groups, based on a flexible set of criteria that includes the internal and public phone number, call direction, PRI circuit, and PBX route. Phone numbers can be specified either as a block of numbers or a single number.

Our system measures the hourly traffic statistics for all user-defined groups. Traffic statistics include the number of answered, abandoned, and blocked calls, as well as the maximum and minimum number of B-channels in use by the group during the hour.
